INTRODUCTION
The Employee Share Ownership Programme (ESOP) is a broad-based scheme that will allow beneficiaries to share in the profits of Clicks Group Limited and to own shares in the company.
The beneficiaries of the ESOP are people who were employed by Clicks companies in the period 2 February 2011 to 1 February 2015. Since 2012, ESOP beneficiaries have been paid almost R20m in dividends, sharing in the profits that Clicks Group Limited has made over this time.
Now, as ESOP enters its final stage, the time has come for beneficiaries to start making informed choices about what they would like to do with the shares that they will become entitled to receive in 2018.
